He departed this life 18 Jul 1930at 1:30 a.m. at his home in Pisgah, after a serious illness offour weeks, ages 65 years, 9 months and 16 days. 28 Sep 1887 hewas united in marriage to Lennie Vredenburgh, and they had spentthe last twenty nine years of his life in Pisgah. To this unionthree children were born, Farrell Clark of Shoshone, ID, Mrs.Herbert Rose of Coleridge, NE, and Mrs. Chris Peterson of Pisgah.He united with the LDS Church in earlymanhood, to which he remained afaithful member. He was a good neighbor and friend at all timesand was respected and liked by all who knew him. He leaves tomourn his loss, his wife, three children, ten grandchildren andone great grandchild, one brother, George Clark of Pisgah, manyother relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services were heldat the LDS Church Sun at 10 a.m. conducted by Elder George Meggerswith interment at Soldier Valley cemetery.
